ARRO records the total distance a player covers during a session, allowing easy assessment of their contribution relative to the team's overall effort.
Displays the highest speed reached during training or match. Evaluate your explosive power and sprinting potential. Speed is crucial in football, and regularly reaching maximum speed during training can enhance performance.
A sprint is recorded when a player maintains a speed of 25 km/h or more for at least one second.
Accelerations and Decelerations are vital for outpacing opponents or quickly changing direction in both attacking and defensive 1v1 situations.
The total distance while sprinting at speeds over 25 km/h and holds it for at least one second.
